  • Your accountant;
  • Covenant Trustee, the independent trustee that administers our tax pooling account with the Inland Revenue; and
  • The Inland Revenue.

in order to complete tax pooling transactions for you.

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter information that enables us to comply with anti-money laundering legislation, we'll be unable to complete some tax pooling transactions or process refunds for you.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
